The Logger application library builds upon the lgrCore library to create a complete application.

It can load plug-ins, which provide additional functionality. It must have a DtProtocolRegistration registered that implements the abstract protocol-independent classes. DtLgrAppGui- Interface must be defined (typically by a plug-in loaded by the configuration file) to display a GUI. lgrApp runs multiple threads.
