Detailed Description

Automatically acquires a CIGI EntityID from the Session.

Instantiates an EntityUnpublisher when destroyed to handle clean removal of the entity from the IG.

Uses CIGI type CigiBaseEntityCtrl.

Note that a CIGI Entity is not directly analogous to a VR-Forces Entity.
