Detailed Description

This library contains the classes used to construct and manager a simulation engine.

This is where the vrfCreator lives that is responsible for creating all the top level classes for the simulation engine. The factory manager is found here that gives access to creating all the various state repositories, components, tasks.... thru its various factories. Also where the simulation engine reads in and registers plugins. Protocol dependent.
