Object Filtering (objectFilter)

The Object Filter example demonstrates the following:

The Object Filer example will demonstrate how to show or hide an object based on filter criteria. A few filters are defined for the demo, however, more filters may be added

Usage

Since this example is loaded as a plugin Select Settings, Plugins... and on the Plugins Editor page, use the combo box at the top of the page to select the plug-in. Then enable the Load Plugin checkbox for the objectDemo example and re-start VR-Forces.

  1. Start vrfGui.
  2. Choose Entities Menu
  3. Select the Visibility sub-menu
  4. Choose a filter to hide objects
  5. Objects that match the criteria of the filter will be hidden. Due to the nature of the example, newly created objects that meet the condition of the filter might be seen momentarily before being hidden
