Detailed Description

makVrv::DtCigiModelDefinitionRenamedChanged class will manage changes that happen in the model definition manager and propagate those changes to classes that need to know about those changes.

It will also work with the backup manager to indicate that there are other backup settings objects that will need to be restored with changes to the schema if the model definition is restored
