Detailed Description

Contains makVrv::DtElementIDHierarchy class.

This is an arbitrary hierarchy class that will allow hierarchies to be kept by element id.

Each node in the hierarchy is kept in a flat list. The hierarchy tree is defined by the parent of any particular node and the children that node might point to.
