The Add Set Encumbrance example creates a new "Set" command that allows a user to an encumbrance value to DtManualRotaryWingEncumberedFlightActuator.

This is the sim engine plugin which receives the request and changes the weight of the aircraft. The message is sent by the addSetEncumbranceGui example. This is very similar to the addSetSim example. See this example for a detailed explanation of adding a set message to the sim.

DtManualRotaryWingEncumberedFlightActuator	Actuator that accepts the set message and changes the weight of the aircraft.
DtSetEncumbranceRequest	The subclass of DtSetDataRequest that is used to communicate the new set request between the front-end and the back-end.
