Detailed Description

Contains makVrv::DtSpotReportDataHandler class.

This class, and it's subclasses, will be responsible for updating spot report data from the network to a data representation that can be used by the GUI. Use the DtSpotReportState class to store data in dictionary format. That data can then be referenced by code that will visually represent it. All spot report data will be stored in the DtSpotReportStateViewCollection as part of the DtVrfStateViewCollectionManager
