class DtSmsLoader: Loads an SMS (or multiple SMSes) for use in remote applications that listen to VRF objects using the extended properties reflected lists.

Instances of DtReflectedVrfExtAggregateList extend the DtReflectedExtAggregateList in order to setup properties based on the parameter database loaded from the SMS.
If, at any time, the supported properties are changed (as in with a new scenario load) call "setParameterDatabase" to reset the sms files used. If this is not done then unintended results may occur.
Instances of DtReflectedVrfControlObjectList extend the DtReflectedControlObjectList in order to setup properties based on the parameter database loaded from the SMS.
