Detailed Description

Defines ReaderWriter classes for varying sized integers In most cases the DtRwInt class is the preferred class to use for representing integers in the reader writer system. However, when a reader writer needs to be encoded in a very specific format, generally to meet some network specification, these classes can be used instead. They represent integers that will be encoded and decoded using specific sizes. Internal representation is the same as DtRwInt, meaning a 32 bit integer. internal storage.
