DT_DLL_VLPROTIND void	DtArticulatedPartsUtilities::loadArtPartsFromNet (int numParams, DtArticulatedPartCollection *apList, const DtNetArtParamRecord *netRecords, DtTime currentTime)
	Iterates through the net records and fills in the DtArticulatedParts collection passed in.
DT_DLL_VLPROTIND void	DtArticulatedPartsUtilities::updateArtPartsChangeIndicators (const DtArticulatedPartCollection *apList, const DtArticulatedPartCollection *remoteApList)
	Iterates through both lists, and compares the values of each parameter.
