Enumerator:
DtFixed 
DtRange 

Fixed sized. This never varies.

DtConditional 

Range sized.

DtZeroTerminated 

Size is either min or max depending on the conditional being true.

DtLocation 

Keeps reading until it finds a null byte.

Or, if at end of read, until the byte stream ends

DtExternalCount 

Line up the end to a particular bit.

DtModulus 

The conditional determines the number in cardinality.

Used for PaddingTo16 and PaddingTo32 items.
