DtTSFilePrinter is a subclass of MAKRti::DtPrinter which opens a file and dumps all information received from MAKRti::DtOutputStream to the file.
If the file does not open for whatever reason no error is reported and all input is lost. This class is threadsafe: multiple threads may try to read and write to this class at the same time, every file operation is locked with a Mutex.
