Users can extend the list. It is important that two message types never have the same kind. When adding a new message type, it should be greater than DtMaxReservedMessageKinds and less than 255. This range may be increased in the future, and DtMaxPortalMessageKinds may change. Therefore, it is important that users not pick messages above 255.
