DtFixedWingDefaultControllerDescriptor; descriptor for the DtFixedWingDefaultController component.

A type of DtFixedWingPilotControllerDescriptor that has additional information needed for providing parameters to default fixed wing controller; circle radius and direction (clockwise or not).
