This class is a specialized dialog page that will allow the dialog page to be editable in a stand-alone dialog.
A dialog page is considered editable if.
1) It works with a local copy of the data, not the system copy 2) Data is not automatically saved 3) The persistent toolbar is not shown on the page (thereby enforcing the local nature of the data and no auto-saving) 4) The data can then be "committed" to the system data via a data merge
