searchPath is passed down to all DtReaderWriter members in its DtReaderWriterRegistry (collection of child DtReaderWriter nodes). If a given member in the registry is of type DtReaderWriterFile, and the searchPath is specified with a non-NULL string, then file to be read in is searched for in the given path.

Parameter Description: Types of countermeasure objects that could affect this entity such as chaff and flares.
Entries include the entity type of the counter measure, minimum signature at which it can be detected by the missile, and probability that this counter measure will distract the missile.

Can be simple such as range or more complicated like a sensor frustum. Spatial filters can be combined with logical and/or/not operators as well.
