Class Description: DtSimPseudoAggregateLocalEntityNetInterface.

Derived from DtSimAggregateLocalEntityNetInterface, this class provides an interface between a pseudo-aggregate local entity (an aggregate entity that has seperatedly modelled subordinate entities) and its network (VR-Link) representation (A DtAggregatePublisher).
