When using the callback, note that if the version is 0 it means that a version record was not found in the data interaction.

The data interaction is only supplied in case there is use for it in the future. The content will contain the actual message contained within the data interaction. Return true if you want this message to be passed on by VRF. Note that if any of the callbacks return true, this message will be processed
