Defines how the radios are connected in the communications model.
Available values are: "all" - All radios are connected, and can send to each other. "aggregate" - Radios are connected based on the aggregate hierarchy. In this case, an entity can send to any other entities within the same organization, and to it's superior. Aggregates can send to their subordinates and to any peers. "force" - Radios are connected to every other radio of their same force type. Default value is "aggregate".
