This message will perform multiple functions in that it will allow for the retrieval of msdl to SIDC mappings from the requested back-end as well as allow for saving the mapping for future use.

const int DtIfMSDLSIDCMappingRequest = 1

Actions to take with this message (default is request).

ModifyAndSave will replace existing mappings with onces found in the message and then save out mappings file

const int DtIfMSDLSIDCMappingDisEnumRequest = 2

Only gives the dis enumerations and current list of SIDC codes.
