Detailed Description

The example page that will be inserted into the Dialog.

This page contains a widget that also implements the logic. The widget is created at construction of this page and destroyed with the page. For this example, the widget has a single check box and the logic just changes the label case on the check box while printing it to the console in upper/lower case when checked/unchecked respectively.
