Detailed Description

Specialized version of location entry widget used for scripted tasks that will create a location entry without altitude selection.

In geocentric data entry mode, however, the Z value will still be present as geocentric needs to specify x, y, z locations. For all others only x, y (or lat/lon) will be specified. Altitude will be assumed to be 0 NOT ground clamped
