class DtIfParentChanged:

Instances of DtIfParentChanged are the notification that a unit's parent has changed. They are created and delivered when a parent is attachted to or detached from another unit. Attaching or detaching occurs because of user commands which generate load/unload/embark/disembark tasks or when an .oob file with attached units is read in.
