Detailed Description

Specialized version of DtRwString.

If this item is being imported and the import flags specify to clear out the name on import, clear out the name and generate a new unique name based on the entity type. Predicated on the fact that the object type is loaded before the object name is as that will need to be used to generate a new unique name
