Implements DtEvaluator.

The condExpr passed in must be of type DtCeMissileApproachWarning. Gets a managed object list based on the predicate returned by opposingMissilesPredicate and assigns it to myOpposingMissilesList. Each item on the list is tested to see if the distance to the entity named by the objectName parameter is less than the range specified in the DtCeMissileApproachWarning and if one is found it returns true.
