Detailed Description

Iterator for iterating over a DtRwIntrusiveList of DtSimStatements and all its descendants (as represented by each DtSimStatement's list of DtSimBlock subblocks).

This iterator performs an pre-order iteration over the 'forest' that represents the DtSimBlock's descendants.
