Instances of DtSetTaskedBySuperiorRequest are the content for tasked by superior messages. A tasked by superior message is given to an entity to force it to rejoin its pseudo-aggregate when it completes an independent task that it is currently performing. If the entity is not currently independently tasked (from the GUI or a plan), the message has no effect.
