Detailed Description

Class which will keep track of sensor fan los object (spokes between an origin and the outer rim of the circle).

Attacher assumes that the parent scene objects have created enough line model agents to support the number of spokes. If not, the updater will only update for as many spokes as the object has for the altitudes that the sensor fan is checking
