Recursively determines the locations of all entities for a given object type and location (including aggregates and subaggregates).
Stores all the locations in myRequiredLocations. Local coordinates are used to prevent polling calls to isReadyForCreation from having to constantly convert from geocentric. This function is called by the constructor with the type, location and heading from the DtIfCreateVrfObject. The includeSubObjects parameter will prevent a sub objects (i.e. an aggregate subordinates) locations from being added (for use when creating an aggregate in the DtAggregated state).
