DtPrbProbabilityCoefficients is essentially the same structure as our power coefficients: a series of coefficient values that can be used in conjunction with an input (range) to produce a new value.
The only difference is that the output for DtPrbProbabilityCoefficients is a value from 0 to 1, and DtPowerCoefficients returns any value over 0.
