Set the Coordinate System display unit in the 'Application' collection Similar to calling: setDisplayUnitUnit(theApplicationDisplayUnitCollectionName, theCoordinateSystemDisplayUnitName, cs) except this function uses DtDisplayUnitsSettingsManager::setCoordinateSystem instead of DtDisplayUnitsSettingsManager::setDisplayUnitUnit which has slightly different behavior.
