DtFixedWingActuatorDescriptor, a descriptor for the DtFixedWingActuatorComponent component.

DtFixedWingActuatorDescriptor is a kind of DtActuatorComponentDescriptor that has additional information needed for providing parameters to the kinematics-based fixed wing model (DtFixedWingActuatorComponent).
