DtNetworkAreaMetric Class Reference

DtNetworkAreaMetric is detect if a point is an area. It will detect if the segment defines a valid area (valid attributes values and to the right of the point). The measure is: 1 if the point moving to the right intersects the segment or 0 ioc.
