Adapted from the DMSO RTI 1.3.4 file NullFederateAmbassador.hh.
This class provides empty definitions for the pure virtual functions declared as members of RTI::FederateAmbassador. The gcc compiler on SunOS 4 complains about in-class in-lines with throws, so we outclassed the inlines here.
