typedef RTI::AttributeHandleValueMap HandleValueMap

In VR-Link all RTI types are referenced using the RTI namespace.

Here we rename the rti1516 namespace to the RTI. We will also remap the RTI13 namespace to the RTI when that interface is available. Included to suppress thousands of warnings generated on the .NET compiler by the 1516 API.
