Programmers use the following call to print the debugging statements.

DtDEBUG prints to stdout. DtDEBUG is a macro to decrease its execution cost, since debugging is usually off.

DtDEBUG and its descendants must always be called with double parens, e.g.: DtNetDebug(("Hello\n")), except for those macros ending in '1', e.g.: DtNetDebug1("Hello\n").
