Enumerator
DtUndefined 
DtFixed 
DtRange 

Fixed sized. This never varies.

DtConditional 

Ranged sized. This keeps checking until the range max or until byte stream ends.

DtZeroTerminated 

Size is either min or max depending on the conditional being true.

DtLocation 

Keeps reading until it finds a null byte. Or until the byte stream ends.

DtExternalCount 

Line up the end to a particular bit.

DtBitArray 

The conditional determines the number in cardinality.

DtArraySize 

A bit array where the number bits is encoded in the first 4 bytes followed by the necessary number of bytes.

DtMultiDim 

Attempt to decode array members until out of memory.

DtVariableEncoded 

Multi-dimensions of fixed size (not supporting this yet)

The number of elements is encoded in the first 4 bytes followed by that many elements.
