10.8 - Code Generator

Once the message definition is written, the included code generators generate C++ and C# source code to encode and decode the message data.

Both code generators are command line tools and can be integrated into your build steps to generate message source code as a build step.

The C# code generator has the following command line parameters:

• -i The full path to the message definition file.
• -o The full path to where the generated C# files should go.

The C++ code generator has the following command line parameters:

• -i The full path to the message definition file.
• -h The full path to where the generated C++ header files should go.
• -s The full path to where the generated C++ source file should go.
