Detailed Description

Instances of this class provide a protocol independent interface to a list of TroposphereLayer in a DIS environment.

TroposphereLayer PDUs are used by VR-Forces to send weather area info to other applications. These TroposphereLayer objects have longer timeout and heartbeat values than other DIS objects. The default Timeout/Heartbeat times are 25 seconds and 10 seconds respectively.
