DtException is the generic MAK Exception from which all other Exceptions thrown by MAK products are derived.
DtExceptions must be copyable. DtExceptions must not throw.
Exceptions can be chained, that is, a new exception can be created and passed a pointer to an old exception, to create an exception trace. A pointer is passed as its acceptable to pass no exception.
