DT_DLL_RFXSERVER void makRadarFx::init ( makVrv::DtDe anIG)

this function is called by the RadarFX pluguin to initialize the server.

It is safe to call this function more than once from other plugins that depend on the server

RFX_DLL_SHARED int makRadarFx::DtEncodedStringLength ( std::string  str)

Get the size in bytes of the string when it is encoded.
