The Legion SDK provides users a way to create simulation data and connect to a simulation exercise. The LegionRuntime libraries provides a public C API that is the low-level interface to the database, connection, instance data, events and controls. An end user is not expected to use the C API directly, but rather use the higher level C++/C#/Java APIs that are provided. The C# and Java implementations mirror the C++ implementation.
