The client connection to the RTI Assistant for the an RTI Forwarder.

That RTI forwarder can be a thread of the RtiExec or a stand along Forwarder. DtRtiAssistantForwarderClient manages the client connection of the forwarder to the RTI Assistant. Provides routines to create and send messages to the Assistant.
