The moving-object-param parameter type is used for objects that are capable of movement, such as individual entities and aggregates.
Parameters include support points, maximum speed, maximum reverse speed, turning radius, maximum slope, ordered speed, maximum acceleration, maximum deceleration, and fuel efficiency.
