Detailed Description

DtCombatIdentificationLevelTable represents a look up table for the level identification possible for an object with a defined apparent signature and that apparent signature the interval of time the object has been detected.

example, a tank with an apparent signature of 2.0 that has only been observed 10 sec might only produce a identification level of DtDetected, but if instead had been observed for 60 sec it's identification level might be higher, DtIdentified. file is read in when the sensor's created.
