Evaluate this conditional expression for the entity with the given echelonId, in the context of the given simManager, and return the current result.

The condExpr passed in must be of type DtCeAnd. Calls evaluate() on each sub-expression and combines them as appropriate for each particular logical operator. As with C logical operators, if the left sub-expression's result would override the right sub-expression's result, then the right sub-expression's evaluate() function is not called. For example: "AND(False, Entity-Destroyed ...)" always returns False, and the Entity-Destroyed test will never be done.

Implements DtEvaluator.
