This is the range from the target point that 25% of rounds will fall short by, and 25% will be long by. From FM 6-40, chapter 3. This value * 1.35 is the pseudo-standard deviation used for determining the gaussian distribution of round dispersion in range. The maximum error is four times this value.
Parameter Default Value: 0.
