Detailed Description

A readable-writable entry for data about planning paths over various soil types.

An instance of this class holds a specific soil type string name and a factor to be applied to that. The factor is a multiplier, where higher values are less-preferred types. A path of length X over a type with factor 1.0 is considered equivalent to a path of length X / 2 over a type with factor 2.0
