Class: DtRecursiveStateRepositoryIterator Iterator for iterating over a DtList of state repositories and all its descendants (as represented by each repository's attachment manager). This iterator performs an pre-order iteration over the 'forest' that represents the SR's descendants. Spawned by DtAttachmentManager.
